We partnered with Configure One to have software that could customize orders and send them to NetSuite.
Over and over again, we are impressed by the depth and versatility of C1. The program does everything we need and we barely scratch the surface of what's possible. C1 has handled almost everything we wanted out of the box.
Their customer service is also top-notch. Like every service, you may have a short wait on availability but they have never let us down and in most cases have exceeded our expectations.
If it seems like we can't say enough good things about C1, it's because it's a partnership that we value and a product that works very well for us.
This is an exceptionally capable and flexible product that allows us to update and maintain it intuitively without a lot of expensive support being required. Justin Rogers, company salesperson, was professional and accurate, as well as a great listener when confronted with our operating environment.
Very sophisticated rules engine for product configuration as well as integration with NetSuite. The Concept team is great and very thorough with a solid Project Manager to help you through the implementation.
The integration between Concept and NS is sound. What is most important for us is the ability to access information through the integration quickly, while still providing accurate results. The integration has allowed us to do just that. In this business, speed and accuracy is paramount to successful venture, and through the integration we have been able to realize those lofty aspirations and then some. Overall I am pleased with how our product integrates with NetSuite and am looking forward to developing the product further.
We are currently performing integration between Concept and NetSuite. Concept has proven to adequately handle the following items: modification of interface and integration between Concept and NetSuite to accommodate multiple Quotes per Opportunity; the ability to add a record to a Custom Record and to populate several field data types; ability to modify the Concept UI allowing for definition of NetSuite Custom fields, their data type and destination in NetSuite. In addition, the Professional Services group has shown very good attention to customer service in handling and understanding custom requests.

We have implemented the integration between NetSuite and Concept (by Configure One) and are very pleased with the results. The integration provides a seamless transition between the Sales Opportunity in NetSuite and the inputs for the quote in Concept. The integration has allowed us to continue using NetSuite for sales forecasting, while utilizing Concept for quote generation across multiple lines of business. Our sales representatives enjoy the ease of use and our administrators enjoy the knowledge that the quotes are accurate, timely and consistent in customer presentation. Our customers have remarked on the "clean" format and easy to understand presentation of the quote. The only negative is that imported records from other systems into NetSuite don't always accurately populate basic information into Concept, however we have determined that this is an issue not inherent to the integration between the two products, but rather the import process that is used by our company. Would recommend the integration to anyone looking for the ease of use of Concept while retaining details in the NetSuite database.
We have implemented the Configure One system into Netsuite and have found it to be a seamless integration and a great link up for us. We are now able to create more detailed front end quotes, and also tie in all our distributors to quote creation with Configure One linked into Netsuite. We would recommend this to anyone seeking further quoting and product configuration features.
