Marketing Directory

Great solution. We deploy this for our sales team in California (15 users). The great thing about Contivio is the concurrent user pricing model. Certain times of the year we have low demand, so scale back our sales team. With Contivio, we are not charged by named user. Great solution and I recommend it to anyone. Screen pops are great as well.

Contivio all your contact channels within NetSuite

Using Contivio now for several months for voice, and chat communication with our customers. Once configured, we had an easy to use interface for our agents who can now manage the communications with our Customer base and link them automatically to NetSuite's CRM. Easy Call Center - CRM integration

Excellent Solution

Contivio's solution has been able to provide us with the flexibility and reliability we needed to take our customer experience to the next level. From project kick-off through maintenance, Contivio's team has been very helpful and knowledgeable no matter what we throw at them. Overall great experience!

We're just 8 weeks into using the Contivio solution however it's clearly taken us to the next level in managing guest communication. Not only is it integrated with our NetSuite platform but we now have the ability to manage multiple communication channels with one tool. The support of the product has been exceptional from day one. The project lead was readily available during all phases from building to implementation. Support staff has gone above and beyond to help with questions, and have even set up live calls to discuss topics. Overall great experience!

Great Program and Great Team

I took a lot of time reviewing phone systems and also reviewing Contivio and it was one of the best programs I found that worked for my company. Planning and integration went smoothly and go live went without any challenges. The team of Contivio definitely knows their product, inside and out, and work very proficiently. Love the product

We have just gone through implementation with Contivio as our Call Center this past January, and just finished up our busiest quarter of the year, and we were very pleased with the system. As with any new system implementation, there will always be some hiccups to work out, but Contivio's support was there every step of the way. We recommend any NetSuite user to integrate Contivio as their Call Center, as the features available will have a big impact to your business.

Transformative technology

We were looking for a nimble Cloud based system that was compatible with our CRM-NETSUITE. In Contivio, we found more than we expected. The system is dynamic and customizable. We can optimize call routing and handling, all while improving the customer experience. We have real time reductions in agent handle time and can rely on the system whether we are in house or remote. I cannot say enough good things about this team and their product, however did I mention we were also able to save a lot of money? We are now a "real" multi-channel customer contact center.

Great partner - simple and painless go live

Out of all NS partners, I am simply blown away by the commitment, flexibility and ultimately the delivery of this platform. The sales process matched what was delivered, and we went live easily in a pilot on our call center, within weeks of kickoff. I wish the other tools and partners had been this stress free during our original NS go live. We have recently rolled this out globally across our entire company, with very few issues.
