Contivio has streamlined our sales call queue and expanded our ability to collect and report on meaningful information across our customer database. Using Contivio in our various locations around the globe has centralized our call data within NetSuite, and the support provided by the entire implementation team was exemplary. We love it!
Contivio has streamlined our workflow and has improved our customer service exponentially. Though there is a learning curve for utilizing the large amounts of data to improve service, I have found the customer service response to be prompt and able to provide clear and concise assistance.
As our company continues to expand, the versatility of Contivio allows for seamless integration with our Netsuite software. We are now able to manage multiple call centers efficiently and effectively.

The Contivio team made the installation and ramp up process incredibly smooth. My customer service superheroes love the screen pops – it really makes life easy. The training was complete and detailed while, the post launch communication has been top notch. Honestly, the item that gave us the most trouble on the first day were a couple of minor headset issues, which has nothing to do with Contivio.

We launched Contivio with 100+ Sales/Support reps in a few locations throughout San Diego. We had a failed implementation a year prior with another solution provider, and Contivio came in and fixed a disaster. We now have real-time automation on outbound dialer campaigns, variations of different inbound screen pops (e.g., customer records, leads, cases), and have live chat running on our site.

We are integrated with Netsuite in many of our business units, so a client that is just as tightly integrated like us is a must to have this. Contivio exceeded our expectations. Their team is great to work with for configuration or workflow changes. If you can dedicate the personnel, the product is completely customizable by the client, but we prefer to rely on their support. Uptime, stability and support have all been top notch. And it's 1/3rd the cost of the on-premise phone system that it replaced.
We launched Contivio & NetSuite together after a decision to move off another vendor. We needed to match functionality for both ticketing (CRM) and call center. Contivio & NetSuite checked all of our boxes and more. We now have users in multiple global locations with inbound and outbound calls screen popping NetSuite. We also use call recording and log as NetSuite phone records. We are now working with Contivio to expand our footprint to incorporate email and chat routing. We are happy with our decision to onboard NetSuite & Contivio and look forward to furthering our partnership!

Contivio's integration with NetSuite was one of the key selling points for our organization. The integration has greatly improved our agents' performance and their daily workflow. Since all of our call information is automatically associated with the applicable records in NetSuite it makes reviewing past conversations and reporting by our managers highly efficient.

We were looking for a nimble Cloud based system that was compatible with our CRM-NETSUITE. In Contivio, we found more than we expected. The system is dynamic and customizable. We can optimize call routing and handling, all while improving the customer experience. We have real time reductions in agent handle time and can rely on the system whether we are in house or remote. I cannot say enough good things about this team and their product, however did I mention we were also able to save a lot of money? We are now a "real" multi-channel customer contact center.
