Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Permits To Work

Risk Assessments are based on a "hazards library" with each hazard is linked to "control measures". Risk assessments are built from system stored hazards, and the associated control measures. Risks are then assessed with/without controls on a 5x5 matrix. 

Permits to Work are essential where you need to give subcontractors or facilities staff permission to attend to a breakdown, give scheduled maintenance, or make new construction and repairs.
The system uses a combination of emails - sent to the contractor as a permission notice, method statements, which set minimum standards of safety and warnings about known dangers inherent to the task in hand. Permits can be issued at the same time as subcontractor orders.

HSEC/FM Service Desk

The HSEC/FM Service Desk is based on the standard NetSuite Service Management module, tailored to meet the requirements of health, safety, and environmental issues. Features include automated escalation and extensive analysis.
