FloQast is so easy to use and keeps our monthly closing smooth and quick.
Floqast is a fantastic tool to track close processes and balance sheet reconciliations. As an accounting group in our company, the software makes tracking the multiple tasks required by various people simple and easy. It quickly identifies those things that need to be done within the close calendar and who is responsible for each task. The software also tracks the balance sheet reconciliations and identifies those that are in balance and completed.
As a bonus to the software, we have added our numerous SOX compliance controls within Floqast. It quickly and easily identifies the controls and tasks and provides a method to document completion and compliance to the controls.
I recommend any accounting group to seriously look at this software to improve efficiency, track progress on closes and document SOX compliance.
We have used Floqast for close management for over 6 months, and it has been an invaluable asset so far. Floqast Syncs with Netsuite, which eliminates several manual tasks for the team, that are susceptible to errors. Hence, it makes the reconciliation process efficient and accurate. I am particularly impressed with the customer service at Floqast - The FQ team has been available to us to answer any questions almost immediately. We have regular touch points with Floqast - where the customer success team at FQ provides insight into the product enhancement features, and provides updates on our product feature requests.
As a Controller, I have found FloQast to be INVALUABLE to our monthly close process, allowing me to spend more time doing the things I love (process improvements), and less of it babysitting the close. With more than half of the 2018 year under our belt closing with FloQast, not only do we having greater team alignment with all our tasks, we are getting better and faster and MORE ACCURATE with our closes.
We looked at another application aside from FloQast. Ultimately for us, the other application seemed to have more features than what we needed (requiring a significant cultural shift as to how we do things in our department), and the price point didn't work with our operational budget (significantly more than FloQast). But oh, how we are glad we went with Alex/Sana and team at FloQast.
Customer support is amazingly simple and fast. Most of our product enhancement requests have been incorporated into the tool. The anticipated releases will make our flow even better (one of them being the ability to attach links on specific tasks to SOPs or desktop procedures housed in our FloQast perm file).
Account management team is all about helping us achieve some amazing success. They are excellent partners.
Bottom line, I don't know where I'd be without FloQast. I've got a passion for building/creating world-class accounting teams, and we haven't been disappointed. In fact, every Friday around here is FloQast Friday as we sport our FloQast t-shirts proudly!
