As a user of the Verenia configurator CPQ for NetSuite, I have only positive things to say about it.
This has truly streamlined and systemised our quoting processes, We are a custom build manufacturer with many variables and customisations within each product that we produce.
Added to this we have introduced an ordering portal that our repeat clients use daily to generate their orders. Our clients are raving fans of the configurator as well, this is a top to a bottom success story which we can only thanks Verenia for.
We have used the tool for one year and it has helped us to improve our sales process. It is much easier and faster for our sales rep to find the products and do incremental sales. It takes some time to configure but it's really easy to use.
Our organization has been using Verenia CPQ as our NetSuite quoting tool for about 4 years now and it's a great product. During implementation, we added the customization needed for our organization's business process. Our end users enjoy the simplicity of the User Interface.
Today, it remains a product is fairly simple to manage and maintain. Verenia CPQ is recommended application if you are looking for a quoting tool.
With Sole CPQ integrated directly into NetSuite we've been able to make great strides in our objective to streamline the quote to order process across our sales team. The time to get a new rep trained on CPQ is much easier than it was in our legacy quoting system.
We found exactly what we were looking for. Sole CPQ has enabled us to simplify the process by which our sales team produces quotes and does it directly within NetSuite. Not only are our sales reps able to quote more quickly but also more accurately resulting in reduced errors in the quoting process improving overall operations. Verenia/SoleCPQ was a pleasure to work with during and after implementation. The platform is flexible enough to work with many different business/sales models, it's easy to maintain, and new features are implemented fairly regularly.
Customization is key, Sole allows you to be able to create a highly customized solution that fits your products while making it easy for reps to quote or sell those products. Fine tune customization is also possible by editing individual actions that are being ran in the solution. Really lets you fit it into your current processes better.
The Sole configurator improves the selection of items on a sales order. This is a huge time saver for us for both sales and production.
As we worked through the implementation of NetSuite for our company, we realized we needed to set up every component in our price guide as an item available to be on a sales order. We also realized it would be extremely difficult for our Sales Team if they had to look through every item to select the individual components of each campaign. The Sole Configurator allowed us to put together named packages with only the components needed for the particular campaign our customer wanted to run. It is a great time saver.......not only for our Sales Team but also our Production Team. Our Production Team knows the correct/approved components for each campaign will be on the sales order the first time it comes over to them. The configurator reduced delays and rework for both teams and was essential to the NetSuite set-up for our company.
The team at Sole was great with helping us set up our configurator. They went above and beyond to assist us, answer questions, etc. Overall a good experience.
We are a make to order business model which requires the ability to simplify the order submission process. The Sole configurator solution filled that gap by providing functionality that allowed for the setup of a question and answer format for Sales Reps. The company worked diligently to get us onboarded and has been very responsive when we have questions or require support.
My company recently started using Sole Configurator to help us create pricing inside of our NetSuite CRM. The "out of box" NetSuite version was unable to give us the ability to price and configure our different marketing products. Our IT staff was able to get Sole setup within the NetSuite Sales Order system and it has simplified the proposal and pricing process for our sales staff. From a user standpoint, I find it very easy to use and navigate based upon what we have setup now. I'm not familiar with the back-end setup process and how easy that is to setup and make changes.
We are in the Marketing/Advertising industry and are in the process of migrating to NetSuite for our business software. Last year, we were struggling to setup functionality to simplify entering Sales Order information. Although we offer standard packages to our clients, aspects of these packages are quite customizable. To ensure accuracy and ease of use, we explored configurator solutions that integrated with NetSuite. Sole CPQ fit the bill. It is extremely flexible and allowed us to setup flexible functionality for our Sales team. During the setup process, the support team from Sole was willing to help out in any way. Their prompt responses to our questions and assistance in setting up the configurator was invaluable. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone that is considering configurator functionality for their NetSuite implementation.
The configurator gives our customers an easy option when it comes to customization and has sped up the process of creating custom products.
We purchased this product to make customization easier on all involved and it's worked. The configurator allows our office and our customers customize products and monitor the change in price as they do it with ease.
The configurator actually worked better than our last system. I like that all you have to do change the item amount of components in a build and it automatically calculates the price. Took a long time to adjust it to our company needs and we are still working on some "tweaks" but other than that it is very helpful.
Will be an asset to the company, more efficient than our last system. Cant wait to get this working correctly!
We purchased this product from Sole for the custom configurator. It took longer than anticipated to implement but seems to work well so far. It allows us to use features our old system wasn't capable of and has decreased our bottlenecks.
We purchased the custom kit configurator from Sole to help us with our customized assemblies. Pro's: 1. The configurator pulls the items and the associated pricing (it will pull the pricing level of the customer) and gives you a total price and shows the quantities of each item in the custom assembly 2. You can put rules in the configutor. We used this for our pouch colors. Some pouches come in certain colors, and others come in more. We were able to use the rules to limit what colors show as an option 3. The configurator takes all of the items and will convert into a work order, the downfall is you have to save the sales order, and then click configure work order. It would be nice if this was done automatically Con's: 1. The setup is quite intensive and tedious, however, we did receive a lot of help from Verenia's team. Once it is set up, it is easy to maintain and change if necessary
We have been working with the Custom Item Configurator. This option has been great for us since it allows for customers to customize our products numerous ways. The customer service has been great and over all the product has been good. I definitely recommend it.
We needed a flexible product in order to allow simplified ordering for our bespoke product. Having previously been running Sage 200, which was not fit for our purpose we moved to NetSuite and worked with Sole to create an easier ordering process. The support is top notch and their problem solving skills are excellent, we had several requirements which we thought they may struggle with but the team resolved these quickly and provided solutions which could easily be managed by our team.
We have been working with Verenia closely with making the Sole Configurator for NetSuite and they have been great help, solved issues straight away and effectively. Would recommend them.
