Using NetSuite and Netscore SMS Mobile App

Our inventory process was previously inefficient, cumbersome, and inaccurate. Using NetSuite and the NetScore WMS Mobile Application together has greatly helped us move forward and begin to grow our business.

Our company goals of being more efficient, accuracy of inventory, and better customer service are moving forward through this joint solution.

Better accuracy + more transparency

The WMS Mobile app has helped to integrate NetSuite to our warehouse operations. The ability to scan invoices and items has improved efficiency and reduced errors. Our warehouse operations are also more transparent now as we are able to track the progress of orders being prepared for shipment. In addition, any changes made using the app are automatically updated in NetSuite, which is a great feature. Moreover, the NetScore team was able to customize the app to our specific needs without a problem.

Warehousing with Netscore Success!

Over the past several months we have launched NetScore WMS Mobile in our new facility. The application has allowed our staff to seamlessly process item receipts, inventory put away, bin transfers, order picking, order shipping, inventory counts and more! We feel that NetScore has been able to provide the best solution for our company and has drastically improved our warehousing performance. NetScore WMS allows us to track our inventory from the second it arrives at our warehouse to the second it leaves. It far exceeds the capabilities and functionality of warehousing solutions we have used in the past. Whether you are a small company or warehousing hundreds of thousands of SKUs like us, I would highly recommend that you take the time to review NetScore WMS Mobile as your warehousing solution.

WMS Mobile

We have recently implemented the WMS Mobile solution for our business. We have 9 locations and each location is constantly receiving inventory for retail stock and also for specific customer orders. There are also a number of store transfers each day.
Our business needed a speedy solution to stock take, transfer, receive, and ship. We also needed to automate many of our processes and cut the double handling and in general the human errors.
Working with NetScore we now have a warehouse solution that gives us a strategy and procedure that is easy to use, mobile friendly, extremely fast and intuitive. We are so happy with the way this solution has changed and improved our internal systems we are now moving forward to other solutions with NetScore.
This system was up and running within hours across all our locations and with ease, the uncomplicated menu and access screens meant there was little need for staff training, it just was is that easy to use.

Champtires

The application has helped us streamline our inventory processing procedure. Champtires employees are able to enter new inventory much faster on the new app, than our previous solution. This has helped us increase sales, and turn inventory faster. We are also able to make real time updates to our product photos, transfer inventory quickly and accurately, which has saved us hours of labor. Our company will save 3 hours of labor per day using the new solution for taking photos of our inventory. The app has been a huge success for Champtires.

Wonderful experience working with NetScore WMS

We started using NetScore WMS in November right before Black Friday. We were very desperate with our old system since it couldn't even ship 200 orders per day without having many shipping and inventory issues. During the Black Friday/Cyber Friday week, we were able to ship around 3,000 orders per day with NetScore WMS smoothly.

Before we implemented NetScore WMS, it took the whole day for our old system to batch 500 orders and the whole inventory was compromised. Now, we just can't believe how fast everything is working and our warehouse ships everything out on time same day with no problems. Person who works with orders saves at least 5 hours each day in comparison to our old system when he spent the whole day and evening batching the orders.

NetScore helped us to customize WMS app to our exact specification. It absolutely changed our processes and we are very happy to be working with them and to continue working with them.
