Riva CRM Integration for NetSuite

We are very pleased with Riva integration. The fact that Riva integrates NetSuite CRM to Exchange rather than the Outlook client, we have simplified the deployment of the app and greatly improved the usability. I can easily associate any correspondence to an opportunity. This is particularly convenient when receiving inbound correspondence related to the opportunity, regardless of who, or where, the originated. The support has received rave reviews from our technical team.
