I was very impressed with the TrueCommerce suiteapp. It was very educational and shows the direction of success going into the year and years to come.

TrueCommerce is a great EDI solution. We switched over from our previous provider and the biggest game changer is the ability that TC gives you to control your own EDI. Before, we would have had to ask our previous provider to make the smallest change. TC gives you access to all the tools needed to do it yourself. They are very easy to learn and use. Since we have been using TrueCommerce, I wonder how we ever used the previous system.
Typically, I'm working on order processing and payments, but every once in a while, I encounter a problem that makes things a whole lot harder/
Sometimes, when processing payment the page just hangs, and makes things almost impossible to work with the payment in question.
In addition, searches that are limited to 2 terms make mass updating of records fairly difficult. Our version of Truecommerce also allows only one user at a time to import/export records. This also locks out async file imports, defeating the entire point of async events.
A feature that would help matters is the ability to easily pull records in their entirety into a standalone csv file, as frequently we are looking through files through the slow as molasses TS lookup system.
We have had such a great experience with TrueCommerce as our EDI provider. Implementation of new trading partners or switching to different account platforms is so easy with their great customer service! They are always so knowledgeable and have solutions to any issue our company has come across. I'd highly recommend anyone to TrueCommerce if they are looking for an EDI provider.
Normally, TrueCommerce Team is responding fast if I have any requests and questions from their technical support. They are very professional in solving all EDI related questions. Overall, they are very helpful and reasonable.
They might need to improve the performance in the department other than tech supports. It takes a long time for them to respond to me.
There are still many unknowns as we are still in the implementation phase of the NetSuite/Transaction Manager conversion. Some positives are extensive field customizations and of course the NetSiute/Transaction Manager integration itself. Some of the challenges thus far include limited translations as well as additional translations/look up tables/conversions that now must be managed within Transaction Manager.
I love TrueCommerce. It makes receiving customer orders so much simpler! I also love the option to send cancellations and ASNs through TrueCommerce. It always helps our customers updated.
I would highly recommend this solution for any business looking into this system.
Works well with Netsuite. It would be ideal if we can get the 852 POS data exported to NetSuite. That would be very valuable to our company and I'm sure many other companies.
The only major problem that we ever have is that TC will create some custom changes for us and then after an update or two the change gets clobbered by other changes.
This makes it so much easier when adding and working with new retailers. It is nice to set it up once in TrueCommerce and have it synced with NetSuite. The solution keeps it simple so we can go into one EDI platform and sync with our main system. Easy to set up, change mappings, and their support is responsive. I would highly recommend if you use NetSuite and are working with many different EDI partners.
We use True Commerce EDI at our company and onboarding a new EDI partner is relatively easy. The user interface allows the client to do a major part of the configuration and do the testing. The support from TrueCommerce is reliable and quick.
I love having the scheduler to automatically import/export our trading documents.

Setup was quick. We worked with knowledgeable staff that understood our goals, and understanding we had little previous experience with EDI. Issue encountered as well as changes required were handled in the same attentive manner. Very good communication to make sure resolution is always on track.
I am enjoying the control that I have with TrueCommerce. The integration mapping tool has been a huge help with customizing exactly what we need for integration to run smoothly. I no longer have to depend on someone else to make changes for me.
The EDI capabilities are working well with our organization. As we continue to grow and utilize more of the features, it has saved us process time. The support I have connected with is amazing, patient, knowledgeable with NetSuite, easy to understand allowing me to make changes without assistance. TrueCommerce integrates seamlessly with our ERP system of choice: NetSuite. I am in an Accounting role and we are heavily dependent on the consistency, quality, and accuracy of data funneled through our system which ultimately make up our financials. For someone who was trained "as a backup" in a different EDI partner platform with this same organization prior to the switch to TrueCommerce, I thought I was going to need to be trained again. What I found was the language was translatable and the interface is super user friendly! There was an instance where I needed to troubleshoot a transaction at a time of day when my question couldn't be answered immediately by the internal EDI specialist. So, I logged into the TrueCommerce portal and was easily able to navigate my way around and answer my own question! Overall, it's making all of our jobs much more manageable and allowing bandwidth for other areas of exploration!
We moved away from another EDI provider due to the fact that 2 years after trying to integrate in our NetSuite environment, we hit the realization it was not going to happen. We evaluated many other providers and TrueCommerce really made us believe they could fix all our existing problems. We challenged them to integrate in 3 months and we accomplished just that!
Internal employees are heavily involved in the set up and create their own databases. They become knowledgeable in Foundry (TC system) and know the error types that arise and how to fix them. This is great for continuity. We are now able to add on new partners, add new items and change pricing information independently. We are empowered in using and modifying the technology. The support system is great, fast, efficient. Communication flows well and they are in the same North American time zones, which is a big plus. Their staff is knowledgeable and great to work with.
- Get a sandbox environment to do as much testing as possible.
- Test all scenarios possible, short POs, overages, changes in pricing, if there's recycling or deposit fees ,taxes, etc.
- Keep a mapping log for what field X customer has for Y field in NetSuite. Once you get through your first partner, you will be able to map others faster with the log you've created. I used a simple XLS spreadsheet for this.
- When your implementation is done, translate that mapping log in 1 tab per customer. That way, if you have an issue with a customer integration in the future (customers or trading partners change their maps often, so it's a living document, not something that gets done and forgotten), you're going to be able to figure out what in the mapping changed.
We have used True Commerce/High Jump services since 2006 and as our business grows, our EDI demands grow and True Commerce has not skipped a beat. We recently went through an ERP change and the knowledge, professionalism and dedication of the TC team was outstanding! Transaction Manager is straight forward and easy to use. If you need software that integrates with NetSuite, our experience with this software has been great with both systems. We have several different trading partners with different document requirements and the set-up has been very easy.
I am using TrueCommerce for both Supplier and Retailer EDI. Their teams (Account Manager, Implementation team, Support) are all very responsive which makes them a pleasure to work with compared to some other in the space. The platform has few limitations but nothing that cannot be worked on with TrueCommerce. No major issue to report. If I had to choose again an EDI partner for NetSuite, I'll chose TrueCommerce again.
I think TrueCommerce is a solid solution that works. I haven't had any serious issue with the platform. Their support is very responsive which makes this solution stand out compared to other in the field. The account management and implementation team are also very responsive, making overall TrueCommerce a partner I've been happy to work with. There are a few limitations with the products, but nothing that cannot be worked on with their team or that would make me wish I had chosen a different EDI partner for NetSuite.
We absolutely love the EDI interface with NetSuite. It has cut our order processing time in half. The TrueCommerce folks are responsive and very easy to collaborate with for each and every set-up. Would definitely recommend TrueCommerce to any prospective NetSuite customer.
We have been a customer of True Commerce for over 10 years. With nearly 60 trading partners, ERP integration, custom pack slips, and UCC-128 labels, True Commerce is our EDI partner of choice. They provide us with the tools to not only send and receive documents, but also tools that allow us to customize our integration completely in house. These tools save us time when testing with a new trading partner as well as time later when trading partners make changes. Rather than having to submit a ticket or make a phone call, we can make the changes immediately. Additionally, using the Task Scheduler tool, we can schedule tasks that will run automatically. This is especially useful when providing inventory feeds (846 documents) to our customers as well as exporting sales orders into NetSuite. We receive hundreds of orders per day and can export them when the office is closed so that when users get in the next day, the orders are already in our system. Finally, the support team is awesome. If we have an issue that we can?t solve, the support team usually solves it with one phone call. They are knowledgeable about their product and can quickly diagnose the issue. We have been extremely happy with our move to True Commerce. They have been an awesome partner!
We have been using TrueCommerce as our EDI solution for quite a few years and are extremely happy with it. We were previously integrating with QuickBooks and switched to NetSuite in early 2016. During our implementation, we worked with TrueCommerce to setup the NetSuite connector. The TrueCommerce team was great and we have many more options when integrating with NetSuite. We are able to map custom fields to and from NetSuite quite easily and TrueCommerce support is very prompt at resolving any minor issues we run into. We are also using the Scheduler with Transaction Manager, which has made life much easier for us! The Scheduler checks for new orders every hour and automatically imports them to NetSuite. At the end of the day, the Scheduler checks for new invoices to send back to our customers and automatically pulls them from NetSuite. This has saved us a lot of time in manually processing these orders. I highly recommend TrueCommerce to any NetSuite users looking for an EDI solution.

We have been using Transaction Manager from TrueCommerce for 3 years now and the program works seamlessly with NetSuite. The setup of each new trading partner is handled in a very prompt and courteous manner. The navigation of TrueCommerce is clear and concise. I highly recommend this program to handle any EDI orders that need to be synchronized with NetSuite.
