With the VO and NetSuite integration the Caller ID of any calling party can be checked against your current customer records in the NetSuite database. If the Caller ID matches a record it will then provide the most current details on that customer and the history and status of any open tickets to prior to answering the call. You can then answer the call armed with all the information you need to make that caller’s interaction so much more personal and efficient. If a record doesn’t exist, you can use the Caller ID to create a new record in the NetSuite database. The 8x8/NetSuite integration allows you to perform your NetSuite account activities using the integrated Virtual Office User Interface on your desktop including:
