My experience with YayPay has been great with the wonderful hands on support of Jason S. Although the dunning features, in my opinion, are standard for many other dunning applications, I feel like YayPay is very user friendly. Setting up workflows are easy. The relevant information is right there upon login and easily accessible. YayPay has room for improvement. For instance, certain features like read-only access for other colleagues that just need standard information regarding the status of invoices for a respective account as well as better A/R related reporting features could be useful. Overall, Yaypay is a decent application that does the job it is meant to do and has room for growth.
You can customize emails to be send to customers based on aging reports. It is easy to see assigned accounts to collectors.
Also, it is easy for our customers to see their invoices online.
We are currently using it and seeing its advancements.
My company recently switched to YayPay and have been really happy with the product. It is very intuitive software and we have had no complaints from our users. In fact, it has helped Accounting, Ops, and our clients get on the same page and improve communication surrounding A/R.
This software has helped us streamline our A/R management and manage future cash flows. I think its greatest asset is giving our sales people visibility so they can assist in the collections process. I also like it can predict incoming funds (for instance, if Client X always pays at 45 days it will pick up this trend to predict cash flow). Great software.
I have recently spearheaded the YayPay implementation at my company – 2,000+ Clients, High Invoice Volume and 100M Revenue. The customer portal is very clean, intuitive and interactive for the customers. They Love it.
Internally, our salespeople are over the moon to have a self-service feature to view invoices and client balances without having to go through the middleman aka Accounting.
As the Treasury Accountant, we have been overly impressed with the dashboard tracking real-time A/R Health and Statistics, as well as having a centralized collections process all in one place. No more tracking notes in spreadsheets and on pieces of paper. We also love the cash collection and prediction features so far. YayPay helps manage Accounts Receivables in the smartest, most efficient way possible.

YayPay has streamlined and simplified our collections/dunning process. We are easily able to segment our customers and create workflows to send reminder emails based on our clients' payment terms. We can very simply adapt new collections policies through the workflows. Having past due invoices that are automatically sent to delinquent customers saves us a lot of time.
We are also able to engage our account managers into the collections process. They were able to see an aging report for just their segment of clients and create their own personalized workflows to reach out to their clients specifically. They can also easily download the invoices without having access to our accounting software.
The YayPay team is very responsive and takes our feedback seriously. They are happy to adapt to our needs and help us find solutions within their product that work for our specific business case. They are also fun and easy to work with.
EO Products implemented the Yaypay software in conjunction with our Netsuite ERP in the middle of 2018. We are very satisfied with the product offering as a whole. The setup process was relatively easy - the Yaypay implementation team was experienced, thoughtful and very prompt when discussing our options and even establishing custom features for our business alone.
We've really enjoyed the functionality and what it allows our company to do - it takes a huge load of the day to day AR and collection duties as well as giving us near real time reporting for our captured receivables. Customers have responded well and the daily use of Yaypay has become central to our AR processes. We very much enjoy the user interface - it's very user friendly, quite attractive and provides significant ad hoc reporting options. We're intrigued by Yaypay's continued growth!
We'd certainly recommend Yaypay to other similar businesses who are looking to automate (and better) their AR processes that are not serviced appropriately through their ERP.
This is an amazing tool for staying on top of collections and A/R by automating a lot of the cumbersome and manual tasks. Our company is still in the process of implementation, but with what we have used so far, it's also a great platform for collaborating with Sales. By having immediate access to their accounts, they can be active in the collection process to get payments faster.
That being said, we are having some hiccups during implementation and the reporting aspect of YayPay can be better. However, Jason and the team at YayPay have been on top with providing communications and timelines to resolve issues and feature updates.
Since having Yaypay, I can say that it has decreased the number of emails I have to think about sending. It also gives our sales team visibility into their accounts. There are some things that could be improved upon, but I know they are constantly working on improving their system and always there to help when I need it.
So far, our onboarding process has been smooth. Learning about all the features is exciting and shows how versatile to tool is. This is especially helpful for me because we approach collections differently depending on client base / region etc.
Looking forward to the payment piece being expanded beyond just the US.

While still a new product and has things here and there that could be improved on, it's a very useful product for keeping clients aware of their open balances. We've had a great line of communication with the YayPay staff and they're quick to resolve issues that have popped up.
Our company implemented YayPay in late 2017 and the benefits were almost immediate. From our being able to easily sort and collate our receivables by client, aging, etc. to sending communications to our clients with links to the AR balances, the YayPay platform has been fantastic. We have seen significant improvements in the efficiencies of managing our Accounts Receivable, reductions in our DSO's and have found our clients to be very agreeable and accepting of our using YayPay as they can view their accounts (both open and closed invoices) as well as download invoices they may not have in their system.
Additionally, the YayPay support team has been terrific and is very open and accommodating to suggestions to improve our experience in the platform.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with YayPay and the additional benefits we'll obtain from our continued use of the platform and the invitations yet to come.
Had some issues integrating Yaypay with our Netsuite details. Even to this day, certain fields in Netsuite are unable to sync properly into Yaypay. Certain UI elements could be improved upon (ex: when clicking search, the cursor should automatically be active in the search box). However, our account manager (Namgyal) was excellent. Namgyal was always on top of emails, easy to talk to, and was a great liaison between us and the Yaypay engineers.
Overall, product is good - providing different workflows and sending high volume collection emails. Had some issue during the initial implementation, but eventually got it to work for what we need at the moment. There are definitely room for improvements such as ability to view AR aging report by invoice.
As an account manager, I use YayPay daily to check on customer payments and help them understand their bills. For the most part, I find YayPay easy to use. I think the search feature could be better. I would like to be able to search via invoice #, email address or incorrect spelling on account.
It would also be great if I could get YayPay invoices directly in salesforce opportunities (or customer dashboard through our product). I don't know if that is a limitation on YayPay's part or how we have our CRM setup.
This is a great AR system, especially for a small company. Yaypay is constantly coming up with improvements to meet a companies need. Our rep responds quickly and is very helpful. Yaypay allows a company to personalize its function.
The IU is straightforward and intuitive and the ability to give many team members access has streamlined our operations a ton. Previously, account management teams had no visibility into invoices, open or paid, and had to rely on the AR team for the information, creating a bottleneck and ton of extra work for all. Now, both teams can easily view and send invoices as necessary and view other important account information. Automated email reminders with links to all open invoices is a helpful tool as well.
I have been using YayPay for over a year now and the attention to detail of this product has greatly reduced my work efforts in half. The automatic notice features are great tools. Plus, being able to give the client direct access to view their account and invoices speeds up the process of getting paid quicker.
Our team likes the fact that Yaypay directly syncs with Netsuite and the automated emails have helped with collections.
We have begun sharing statement links to various departments within our company, so they can be aware of what invoices we've issued, what’s outstanding and open up the physical invoices. This has helped other departments with their collections.
Currently using YayPay to assist with collecting past due payment and it has greatly improved the process along with the amount we're collecting. Their team is extremely responsive and helpful as well. 4/5 because there are some processes that can be clunky but they are working on improvements and integrations at a rapid pace.
Yaypay has enhanced my work and made it more efficient, effective and fun!
It basically does a big part of work for me by sending notifications to the customers, organizing my own workflow and sending reminders to me to make sure i am on the top of things. Variety of templates helps me to compose a letter within seconds. I can also track my own performance and of the whole team.
It is a good news for customer as well as it is pretty interactive. Customers can access their accounts to review the status, download invoices and statements, leave notes and information about their payments, dispute invoices...

Just like the name, Yaypay is a fun tool to make your customer pay. It is colorful and handy.
It has made my life as an account receivables specialist easier. A lot of times, I chase the customer but due to multiple and consistent reminders sent by Yaypay, the customer gets back to me quickly. It's easy to track my goals and see how much I have collected. As an employee it's important for me to track my performance and motivate myself and Yaypay has made it easier. I recommend this portal.
